  1. Start reading books about self-improvement.
  2. Speak out loud who you want to be. For instance: ‘I am great, I am smart, I can do this’.
  3. Fill your like with positive people around you.
  4. Start hanging out with people who you like to be like.
  5. Don’t watch to much TV.
